Overview Ultimate Safari Package Reservation Policies Cancellation Policy Weekly Tour Schedule	Cancellation Policy Grizzly Bear Safaris The full tour price (this includes your deposit) will be charged to your credit card when cancelled 7 days or less of your scheduled tour date! Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled verbally or in writing 7+ days prior to your activity date. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if cancelled less than 7 days before your tour. All other Safaris The full tour price (this includes your deposit) will be charged to your credit card when cancelled 48 hours or less prior to your departure! Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled verbally or in writing 48+ hours prior to your activity date. No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if cancelled within 48 hours of your tour. Departure times are subject to change without notice. Rates may vary upon increase of fuel prices. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical problems, or unforeseen circumstances. In that case the deposit will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to substitute vessels. All passengers will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
