Our friendly office team is on hand year round during office hours to answer any general questions and to help you with reservations over the telephone or via email, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
We are a seasonal wildlife adventure tours business, so our Gift Shop and Check-in Office closes from mid October through to early May each year. But you can contact us year round and order some of our most popular gift store items are available through our online Gift Store.
It is our goal to respond to general enquiries emailed or left on our voice mail within 24 hours during our operating season between mid-May and mid-October. Out of season we will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours.
